Life is the best teacher.. That's what i believe in... Phew!!!! what a roller coaster ride it is.. I am 28 yrs old as i write this Blog and when i look back at my life i can see the different stages and the different phases of my life. Its really hard to believe that i have made it this far...
I am sitting at home "Unemployed " at the moment , taking care of my Lil prince. This is for him to read when he grows big enough to read :) Basically i want to concentrate on what i had learnt so far as i grew up...
Childhood
As a Small child i hardly remember anything, But Mom used to say that i was very good and never used to trouble her much (but now i do trouble her a lot) . Was a friendly child.Never used to ask anything from my parents. But again , Mom also said that i used to put unwanted things into my mouth and get beatings from her.. But yes, That's how kids learn. So basically i guess i learnt "How to explore and experiment " as a child (which almost all the kids do as babies ).
School
School days are the best days of our lives though we hate to go to school at that time.. This is the first stage of your life where you get to meet other people apart from your family. Welcome to the world ... You will see different people of different caste and creed and community and languages and sizes and shapes . I have always been an average student unlike my two brothers. But i was a very hardworking and determined person. I always worked towards my goal..
In school you learn a lot .. You learn your subjects, you learn the importance of exams , you learn to respect people, you learn friendship, you learn sports, you learn so many things that you cannot learn at home. My parents were both working so i also had to learn how to do homework by myself with no help at home ;)
College
College life is another fun loving stage of your life but a bit more complicated than school, more of ambitious stage. This is when you choose your field.. Whatever you want to become - You choose that in college. Example - You choose MBBS if you want to become a Doctor and you choose BE if you want to become an Engineer, You choose Music if you want to become a Musician . You choose physics in case you are interested in research etc..
Also Son remember there are people who choose other things apart from their subjects and become what they deserve at the end of the day.. Like they choose bad friendship , cigarettes , drinks , drugs and at the end become nothing but a bunch of losers..
So Mama did BSc Statistics and MCA which is 6 yrs of college life..
The things i learnt during college life - Life is harder and harsher than you think it is, Pros and cons of being an adult, , Bad people versus Good people, Spiritual strength , being away from family, managing your own money, managing your own problems , Love , Friendship, Betrayal, Etc etc .. There are so many things that you don't have the space to fill in.
So your life basically gets decided when you are finishing college..
Work
Work life is totally different from all the stages you have been through so far. Its more of your Professional self. You have a goal and you need to work towards that and the better you perform , the better you earn. That's the simple mantra. But now is when all your fun and playfulness needs to take a step back and more of a serious , grown up and mature self of yours needs to take the seat.
What i learnt at work- How to make money, how to set a target and achieve it, should not share family matters at workplace, should never discuss your weakness with anyone at work, eat well, sleep well and stay fit.
As a Woman
Women are more powerful and stronger than Men (mentally) . They have the capacity to withstand anything and everything that comes their way. As a woman i have enjoyed being called beautiful, talented , strong, loving and always been the center of attraction ;)
I have always performed in equal with men in school, college and workplace. I am proud that i was born a Woman.
As a Sister
I have been a loving sister to both my brothers. And i am very happy that i played the role of an elder sis and a younger sis. My two brothers are my gifts . I have always had the protection of a big brother when i go out and a great friend through my Lil brother.
As a girlfriend
Been a shoulder and support. Should ask your Dad about this ;)
As a Wife
I have always done the best for my hubby . Been there for him in every walk of his life and will always.. I can sacrifice for him. Love him truly and forever..
As a Mother
The best part of my life is being a Mom. Wow what a gift God has given ... The true meaning of being a women is to be a Mom. The 10 months of happiness which was inside me , came in my arms on 4th Oct 2008 and it was like the entire universe turn into heaven for me... What a blessing!!!! You are the best son . i will always love you no matter where you are and what you do.. Right now you are sleeping like an angel beside me as i am writing this blog...
